바로스페이스는 82㎡(약 25평)의 공간에 GPU 400장을 탑재할 수 있는 셀 단위 모듈형 AI 컴퓨팅센터입니다. 서버 100대(대당 GPU 4개)가 하나의 셀을 이루고, 이 셀을 레고 블록처럼 복제·확장하는 방식으로 필요에 따라 작게 시작해 점진적으로 규모를 키울 수 있습니다. 250~500kW급 전력만 확보되면 별도의 대규모 전력·냉방 설비 없이 기존 건물 내부, 연구소, 도심 속 빌딩 어디든 설치할 수 있습니다.BAROSPACE is a cell-based modular AI computing center that houses 400 GPUs in 82㎡ of floor space. One hundred servers, each with four GPUs, form a single cell, and cells are replicated and expanded like building blocks, so an organization can start small and scale up over time. With 250–500 kW of power available, it can be installed inside an existing building, a research institute, or an urban office without large-scale dedicated power or cooling facilities.

핵심은 바로AI가 특허를 보유한 자체 리퀴드(수랭식) 냉각 기술과, 이를 탑재해 직접 개발한 서버 '포세이돈'입니다. 공랭식 데이터센터 대비 전력 사용량을 30~35% 절감하면서도, 가동 중 소음은 39dB 수준으로 낮고 GPU는 50~60도에서 장시간 안정적으로 학습을 수행합니다. 설계부터 완공까지 2~3개월이면 충분해, 통상 2년 가까이 걸리는 대형 데이터센터 구축과 비교해 압도적으로 빠릅니다.At its core are BARO AI’s patented liquid cooling technology and POSEIDON, the server developed around it. Power consumption is 30–35% lower than an air-cooled data center, operating noise stays around 39 dB, and GPUs run training workloads steadily at 50–60°C. Design to completion takes two to three months, far faster than the roughly two years a large data center typically requires.

단일 셀(GPU 400장) 규모의 연산력은 국민 5,000만 명의 의료데이터를 전부 학습시키거나, 매달 3편의 3D 장편 애니메이션을 제작할 수 있는 수준입니다. 실제로 건국대학교 의과대학 연구팀은 바로스페이스 인프라를 기반으로 IEEE 주최 'AI 기반 알츠하이머 평가 세계대회'에서 1위를 차지하며 성능을 입증했습니다.A single cell of 400 GPUs can train on the medical data of 50 million people or produce three feature-length 3D animations per month. A research team at Konkuk University College of Medicine demonstrated this capability by taking first place in the IEEE-hosted global competition on AI-based Alzheimer’s assessment using BAROSPACE infrastructure.

바로스페이스는 자체 데이터센터가 필요하지만 하이퍼스케일 투자는 부담스러운 연구소, 벤처·스타트업, 그리고 민감 데이터의 외부 노출을 우려하거나 클라우드 비용 급증 문제를 해결하고자 하는 기업을 위한 솔루션입니다. 2025년 10월 경기 평택에 1호 센터를 열며 국내 최초로 HACC(Hybrid-Modular AI Computing Center) 구조를 상용화했고, 국내에서는 시그넷파트너스와, 해외에서는 GDIN(글로벌디지털혁신네트워크)과 함께 동남아시아·중동·중남미 등 에너지 인프라가 상대적으로 취약한 지역으로 수출형 모델을 확대해 나갈 계획입니다.BAROSPACE is built for research institutes, ventures and startups that need their own data center but cannot justify hyperscale investment, and for companies concerned about exposing sensitive data or facing escalating cloud costs. The first center opened in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province in October 2025, commercializing the HACC (Hybrid-Modular AI Computing Center) architecture for the first time in Korea. The export model will expand with Signet Partners domestically and with GDIN (Global Digital Innovation Network) into Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Latin America, where energy infrastructure is comparatively constrained.
